"We were welcomed at the hotel and made to feel comfortable and at ease from the very first moment. The hotel has lovely views being right next to the Mandovi River. The swimming pools are a good size and there are plenty of sun beds to use while at the pool. There is a nice Spa on site. "Excellent location. Great pools. Good breakfast and great staff at breakfast. Also very good live music on Sunday afternoon. Just a few suggestions to go from good to great. Poolside attendant was missing on Saturday evening, once called, he was there for service, but one feels he should’ve been there anyways. Late night menu at restaurant was very limited, the next late night, we ordered room service and the menu was excellent. Didn’t understand exactly why the restaurant menu at the same...

"Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....
