Hotel Spa di Panajachel

"I was notified less than a week before my stay that the restaurant would not be available except for breakfast due to remodeling. The hotel gave the option to cancel but I didn't have time to consider other options. "This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. The property is located about a 10-15 minute walk along a busy main street from the lake.

"Affordable rooms if you are passing through. Easy to walk to the lake and vendors, nice view to the volcanos. Breakfast is so delicious! 😋 The staff were so kind and they let me ckeck in earlier then expected after a long trip. I think they can improve the amenities. There should be a couch in the room instead of chairs and some extra blankets for cold weathers."

"Exellent service"

"Great location, friendly staff, good food available at the restaurant! Close to everything in town, we loved our short but sweet stay!"

"Hotel located in a busy area of Panajchel. Front desk was courteous and very friendly, same as other staff in the hotel and restaurant. Room was clean, well organized and the distribution of bedroom, living room/office space and bathroom was good."

"The staff was great and everything was very clean. The hotel is near many restaurants and markets"
