"I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey."

"Excellent hotel and services. 2 weak points: Room service and breakfast should be improved (room service time and food quality and choice, especially with local food). In relation to eco-responsqbility , only towels on the bathroom floor might be changed. A sauna/ spa offer looks indispensible in our times for this level of accommodation."

"LOVED IT!!! It’s an apartment that was turned into a 3 hotel rooms space. I got a nice clean room with a huge bed and a jacuzzi bathtub:)) I had to postpone my Kiev time and get into that jacuzzi first thing hehe Great staff, they welcomed me when I got there but you do have to let them know when you’re coming cuz they aren’t always there. I got the key and fobs for the building. Free water and coffee (huge plus!) and the room was clean and bright, the design was great, nothing I would change....

However, their lattes were lukewarm and served in a soda glass with a straw. Definitely weird… Unfortunately, during my entire 5-night stay there, my room was not cleaned a single time, and my sheets and towel were never replaced. In addition something bit the heck out of me. "For some reason ot took long to check-in, but thats not my complaint. Disappointed that I couldn't connect my computer or usb device to the television. Seemed the system was intentional locked into prohibiting one's own devices. To make matters worse, the television offered netflix, but it was impossible to change to language to english and even worse english subtitles were not available.
