Yurts are fantastic and the whole set up is really great! The bathrooms and dining area were spotlessly clean. Pleased to find breakfast included too!

Family stay at a yurt.

Unique and lovely to stay! Friendly owner and spotless facility. Not much going on for children though. But close to the beach!

No sheets. No information. Only info in French

We tried to call before to tell them we were late for check in. But they only spoke French so we could not communicate. Tried to email but the email address didn’t work. On hotels.com we had chosen to pay in the location but they did not accept credit card. We had to go into the city to find a cash point late in the evening. When we finally arrived at the tent we could see that there weren’t any sheets. Non of this information was given at hotels.com. We had booked two nights but left after one. Tried to speak with the owner but the total lack of their English made it impossible. We had to pay for both nights even though the information that had been given was totally wrong.

Une escale dépaysante

Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour une nuit et nous avons bien apprécié, l'accueil y a été chaleureux et une yourt nous attendait sur un gazon parfait ! Le lieu est calme et reposant. Nous recommandons vivement cet escale.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend en yourte. Tout était parfait. Yourte propre ainsi que les sanitaires. Les proprietaires sont toujours aussi chaleureux, conviviaux et d'une gentillesse. C est la 2ème fois que allons à Paluel et ses alentours. Belle digue pour se promener à Veulettes sur Mer et bons restaurants. Je recommande .

Très dommage... Le prix de la nuitée était déja excessif pour un logement sans sanitaire, à la toute fin du mois d’août. Après avoir réservé un soir pour le lendemain, j'ai reçu un message de l'hôtel m'indiquant que des frais supplémentaires s'appliquent si je souhaite des draps et du linge de bain. Cela était apparemment indiqué sur le site hotels.com lorsque l'on clique sur "détails". Cela augmentait nettement le prix de la nuitée pour 3 personnes. Ma réservation étant non remboursable, j'ai contacté la propriétaire des yourtes. Elle m'a expliqué qu'elle ne pouvait pas annuler elle-même sous peine de se voir appliquer des frais (ce que je comprends parfaitement), et m'a suggéré de contact le service client de hotels.com. L’opérateur m’a informé qu’il comprenait la raison de mon mécontentement, qu’il allait s’en charger et que je serai remboursé d’ici 3 jours. J’ai alors réservé un autre hôtel qui nous convenait mieux. J’ai reçu le lendemain un message de Rando-Yourte me disant qu’ils ne voyaient aucune raison de me rembourser, incluant une copie d’écran des petites lignes. Je trouve ce comportement três malhonnête : - Cela va en contradiction de ce que nous avions discuté par téléphone - Que l’hôtel pouvait au moins prévoir de me rembourser, quitte à déduire les frais éventuellement appliqué par hotels.com - ou au moins me rembourser une partie de la nuitée, et ne pas me facturer les frais de EUR 35 pour la 3ème personne

Je recommande une expérience insolite !

Accueil très sympathique, endroit insolite, sanitaires très propres , propriétaire très accueillant. Bien choisir son lit dans la yourte, certains sont durs d’autres plus moelleux. La yourte était très propre, jardin très bien entretenu. Je vous conseille vraiment cette expérience
