"Room was hot, no air conditioning, no screen on the only window that opened allowing mosquitoes in to bite us. Either that or no sleep due to being too hot. No staff, tried to contact via email but received no response."

"The Spa Hotel Runni is a great spa resort. The basic services are a Sauna in the locker rooms and 4 pools (3 jets, 1 swimming). The jet pools were cooler than I am used too, but may be the norm for Finland. We took the optional Smoke Sauna. This was great and worth the 15 euros. There were jacquizzis in the Smoke Sauna facility but they were not operational. It woudl be nice if those were available as well. My wife and I were in the old classic facility.
