"Our stay was amazing, room was very big, good breakfast, nice terasse. The only thing is there are many little things that need to be repared for example half of the doorframe was missing, some lights were positioned bad, like almost falling but these are little things. Also would be nice to have some vegan options for the breakfast."

"Disappointed to be honest. First gripe is that although the actual resort is lovely, pools maintained well and lots of them, beach is good, it is directly under the flight path and there are a LOT of flights coming in and out all day long. Room cleaning was a bit hit and miss and one of our rooms didnโt have the drinks stocked once during our 10 day stay which was annoying. Booking restaurants was a bit frustrating because you always had to go to reception, could only book 2 days ahead and the reception always took a loooong time. The food was dreadful though which is the main disappointment, didnโt have a single good meal. Selection wasnโt great and seemed like everything had been heated up from the freezer section, we ate out many times. Also frustrating when the website advertises access to the waterpark at the affiliate hotel next door but upon arrival we were told that we had to pay an entry fee and our wristbands didnโt even make us eligible for drinks on-site. Not a big deal perhaps but very misleading. It was a pleasant stay but I wouldnโt go back."

"We loved the self service stations for food whenever, and the number of bars was also great. Loved the number of pools and our private one with access to bigger pool was perfect. Only bad thing was We did the Candle Light dinner, which they forgot to setup when we arrived, so had to come set it up whilst we waited watching, forgot the candles, fairy lights didnโt work etc. Food was good at least. They kindly refunded half the amount due to this which made it worth the money in the end."

"Accommodation was lovely. Any small issues were dealt with very quickly. All staff were helpful and friendly. Quality of food was excellent and surpassed our expectations. Pools and beach were wonderful. We would definitely return."

"Room was amazing , I chose the private poolโฆ and it was a nice size and lots of privacy ! Everyone was great , โฆ my only frustration in paying for all inclusive yet wanting to also see the island was everything shuts down re food at 9:30 pm .. including room service etc โฆ. Also filled first day some sodas and such in the fridge however no way to open them as it needed an opener , and key card in the slot so when you came back at end of day fridge was warm, room very warm and stuffy etc โฆ , beautiful place"
