"The pool closed for levels being off, but gave no explanation of when or if they were gonna fix it. I also never saw any one checking on it for two days.
The first morning we were there, I went down for breakfast over an hour before it was closed. There were only a few people there and the hot food was empty so I got other things. As I was there someone came and checked on the food but never came back to restock. I saw her sitting in the next room. I was surprised since there was so much time left. I went back to my room and came back 15 minutes later and still the same thing, nothing in the hot section. There was also no milk for the cereal. There was no regular creamer (only caramel macchiato and one other kind) the entire 4 days we were there. I don’t like sweet coffee, but I do like creamer.
On another note, this was our 2nd stay this year and on both occasions, most of the day when you walked into the hotel lobby it smells of dirty clothes. I noticed they do the laundry on that floor and I don’t know if that is why the bad odor is there, but it’s gross for a first impression.
I still enjoyed our stay as it was clean and the location is great. The staff is very nice as well."
