"Pros: - Good for all ages (couples, children, etc) - A lot of room types - Historic feel, character - Multiple pools Cons: - Our a/c unit was making a loud sound so we had trouble sleeping our 1st night, but the staff moved us the 2nd night to a better room and we slept great - We couldn't find 2 lounge chairs available at the adults only pool (so we went somewhere else) - When it's hot, the resort is spread out and it's uncomfortable to walk far"

"The full kitchen is great even though i did not use it was great to have. The check in guy was rude and said I could not check in with my passport which matched the reservation. He insisted on a Driver license (I recently married and my license does not match my passport yet) but he took that instead after a long stressing conversation. I check into hotels every week for work and have never had any issues until this. I was not asked to provide a credit card which i expected. ;) dissapointed"

"The rooms were beautiful. I loved the nod to Moroccan design. The wall art was fun and campy. The pool and lounge area was comfy and cute. All the staff were kind and super helpful. It was a quiet and calm place to unwind exactly what I needed."

"Our bathroom was old. Need renewal. Bathroom floor had some dirt. Beds were ok. Breakfast was awful, it was empty. They didn't restock. Even another guy we didn't know was complaining."

"It was no better than any other place that we have stayed. Even though it was more than we were expecting to pay. The bathroom faucet was not stable. The air conditioner was off so we had to wait. No coffee was available and the doors were locked. We didn't see any other customers. We have been there without any problems."
