Hotel Dekat Palms at Magnolia Park Dog Park

"The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit run down. The bathroom vanity was severely worn, the shower was hard to regulate the temperature in because the handle was damaged, and the coffee maker made the worst coffee ever. I suspect that was because it really needed a cleaning. I only interacted with one staff member who was polite and pleasant. The other times I went by the desk, including at checkout, there was no one there."

"THIS WAS A COMPLETE SCAM. THERE WAS NO PROPERTY TO RENT. THIS HAS BEEN OFF THE MARKET FOR 2 YEARS, IS WHAT THE PERSON ON THE RING DOORBELL SAID AFTER WE DID NOT HAVE A PLACE TO STAY. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY. EXPEDIA HAS NO IDEA HOW TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. THIS SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF AS ITS MISLEADING AND PEOPLE ARE LOSING MONEY"

"Everything was perfect,the room,the hotel,the people"

"I had a great experience during my stay. Jasmine was an amazing staff member, and I truly appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. The entire staff and team were welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Their customer service really stood out and made my experience that much better. Thank you, Jasmine, and the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!"

"Great hotel specially if you travel with family as there is available a small dinner buffet style included with the stay from 5:30pm tool 7pm plus you get a drink card good for 3 alcoholic drinks during that time per day. Highly recommend."

"Smoke detector chirped all night, 1 towel 1/2 roll of toilet paper in bathroom "

After returning to our room late evening and wanting to shower, I was dismayed to find no clean towels. I called the front desk who told me that I had to go out to the lobby from the back building to get the towels and that he was...

"Property was gross. The room smelled like cigarettes. The first room I was assigned had a TV that didn’t work. The second had a functional but falling apart AV unit with visible exposed wiring that was improperly connected. I wouldn’t stay there again for free."

"Other than a few spiderwebs in the corners of the room everything was fantastic."

"Great stay, thank you"
