We love the property everything was to our liking the only thing we disliked about it were the stairs and the noise, and the bed was too soft and it sunk in the middle, other than that wonderful

For a start it was well priced, and if anything felt more expensive than it was. The rooms were very stylish, the TV brand new, it felt safe and it was quiet, being back from the road.

So close to hospital
Great motel, great location (across from hospital main entrance), great price, modern, clean and tidy. I was very surprised at how nice this motel was for the price. I've already recommended it to friends and family and I'll be here again while we visit oncology for the next few weeks.

You get what you pay for
Tidy room which was good for short stay but wouldn't suit more than a couple of days. Bit of a back and forth with the reception people because they needed proof I'd paid through hotels.com even though the reservation had already been confirmed but paperwork is going to paperwork so no hassles once it got resolved.

The reception staff were so friendly and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean especially for families. We will definitely stay there again.

Overall the motel was very nice. Although it was not convenient when we had to pay more to upgrade to another room, even though when i booked i explained 4 people were staying 2 adults 2 children, where i also put the childrens ages. Not a good experience espcially travelling all the way from Gisborne. I recommend making sure you dont get charged extra when you arrive and be specific when booking. The cleaning lady was amazing thank you for understanding!!
