We Really Enjoyed our stay. The Facility was clean and staff were Helpful. We were really looking forward to trying out the restaurant which was in house. However, it was closed for the week.

We stayed at the BK motel for a few days over the school holidays and really enjoyed it. All the amenities were clean and tidy. Nice space not too big and the beds I found were very comfortable. Also very soundproof as we were worried with our two year old that our neighbors would hear all the racket but they also had children but we didn’t even hear a peep so that’s A for kids👍will be returning soon😊

The staff were nice and friendly, room was clean Do recommend having one of their spa treatment packages while you stay there. Was very relaxing 🙂 Would definitely stay here again

Hi Scott, I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us! The broken window unfortunately happened just the previous night and being a long weekend and already fully booked in all of Palmerston North we could not move your rooms or get a room at another venue for you and could not get a window repair person in untill this Tuesday. The sheets I'm sorry to hear about we order these in from a company and it seems the housecleaners have not double checked them before using them, I will be making sure they are reminded to keep an eye out for any marked sheets and pull them out for return to the company who provides these.

Soundproofed was a feature we hoped for. Floor studio was tiny but nicely appointed for the size. There was a bad smell coming from the toilet bath that did not leave. It is a USA style hotel entrance and not a motel style and the room is closed in with access only through an internal hall with your key. We were kept up by neighbours next door until 6am drinking and blasting tv. Tried repeatedly contacting desk at 4am for help. Finally got someone to answer and send they'd send someone. They did. 5 minutes after talking to guests they continued drinking and yelling and blaring TV It was a horrible rest after a long drive and staff didn't care to follow up. Soundproofing didn't stop blaring TV, drunk guests, flushing toilets above and beside... And nothing on at the stadium. Kitchen bench had coffee residue stains all over and toilet had not been cleaned as well and the smell was like a horrible ooze over everything. Expensive and low quality

I stay at a lot of propertys in palmerston north this one would have to be thr best for cleanliness, space, comfotable bed, generous bathroom, really reccomend this place

A gem
A spacious, comfortable and clean room with large bathroom and modern shower. Super soft bed and cuddly covers. Two armchairs with leg rests. Good to have a helpful guide book in the room.
