Good comms prior to arriving. A beautiful place (Room 16) with a spacious room, clean and modern with great kitchen and dining utensils. Excellent mobility parking and bathroom rails. Thank you. Excellent amenities. Wonderful Housekeeping staff, thank you. The spa bath is a good size, but the jets need to be way stronger to have any ‘spa’ effect. It was my only disappointment but was the main reason for booking.

Stayed with my family of five, in a 2-bedroom unit. It was great to have an actual single bed in the lounge instead of a pullout couch. The beds are on the softer side. The heat pump worked well to keep the unit warm. The spa left some to be desired, as it was just a small corner bathtub, with a shower above it. Great location to the shops.

Spacious, enjoyed spa, electric blanket, complementary shampoo & conditioner. All cooking utensils etc were provided. Also great location, across the road is the mall and town. A little tired but updating decor will fix that. Sorry but the bed is hard. The bathroom is very cold and wasn’t able to warm up. Noticed some of the dusting was missed. The towels didn’t spell fresh either.

Motel was clean on arrival. As we walked upstairs the floors were creaking and quite noisey for us and the neighbors. Planned to stay 2 nights, but only needed 1 night as we had a family emergency. A refund wasnt available for us which was very upsetting due to a 'policy'. Policy or not the reception staff held no empathy or care for our situation. No recommendation to stay here! The spa was the only good part. Otherwise pretty crap service and care for the customers needs. Stay clear 👌

The room was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed for our 20-day stay. The owners were very friendly and nice and helped in every way possible. The location couldn’t be better. All you may need to make your stay perfect is nearby or a few steps away: restaurants, supermarket, mall, city center. Will definitely come back!
