Bom, mas tem potencial para excelente.

A pousada em si é muito boa, porém na descrição consta SALÃO DE JOGOS/VIDEO GAME E LOUNGE BAR. coisa que não tem no local. A noite tive que sair para comer em restaurante que fica a 4km de distância do hotel, onde a estrada para chegar é péssima lama pra todo lado como fui de moto custom cheguei no restaurante cheio de lama. No mais tudo ok. O local tem um grande potencial para ter pelo menos um restaurante pra quem buscar um local para descansar e não precisar sair para almoçar/jantar.. tem a cozinha mas quem quer viajar pra cozinhar?? Dou 3 estrelas .. se fosse meu eu faria virar 7, estrelas pelo grande potencial que a "pousada" tem, só falta KAPRIXO/DONO .

Ótima espaço quarto agradável e vista linda. Gostamos muito da pousada. Mas o acesso até o local é extremamente complicado, 20km de estrada de terra que está em condições bem ruins.

Pousada perfeita! Ficamos na suíte lareira e aproveitei a hidromassagem e a lareira os três dias da minha hospedagem! Banheiro grande, chuveiro perfeito, toalhas e lençóis cheirosos! Café da manhã sem absolutamente nada a acrescentar! Amei o lugar! Seu Manoel, da recepção é um amor se pessoa! Minha única sugestão é colocar um ar condicionado na parte onde ficaram as camas extras… pq qd fechamos a porta da suíte fica mt quente p quem dorme no primeiro quarto! Ahhh, ainda tem uma mini cozinha no quarto com td… geladeira, fogão, loucas e panelas novíssimas!

A estadia foi correta. Porem, nos reservamos o quarto guiados pelas fotos, e depois o quarto que foi inicialmente oferecido nao se correspondeu em absoluto com o anunciado. O quarto do quarto das fotos foi um 50% superior ao inicialmente reservado. Percebemos tarde a noite que nao tinha papel higiênico nem sabonete, e nao tinha ninguém na recepção para ressolver. As camas adicionais eram impresionantemente duras. Por outro lado, recebemos uma garrafa de espumante de presente.

Acredito que o visual dos quartos é o ponto alto, mas a pousada peca em vários quesitos!!! Não tem restaurante e nem bebidas no frigobar. Sem falar que em nenhum momento é citado que tem 20km de terra pra chegar, carro baixo já era!!! GPS tbm te manda pra um lugar errado. Mas falando do visual do quarto é lindo, mas as cortinas mal colocadas não te dão nenhum conforto pra ficar admirando!!!

Hotel bom, mas com acesso ruim!

Hotel com ótimas instalações, tudo novinho e de boa escolha, cama boa, ar novo e gelando, tudo bem cheiroso, chuveiro moderno, forte e quente! Pontos fracos: Banheiro sem ducha higiênica (básico em qualquer banheiro), não fizeram arrumação do quarto, café da manha fraco, restaurante não funciona nem para almoço e nem jantar (vc é obrigado a sair). Pouquíssimos funcionários para o hotel (tinha apenas 1 vigia). Acesso a pousada: depois que vc sai da principal o acesso é muito ruim, inclusive o carro passa por cima de um rio com acesso baixo (carro normal sempre bate). Tem uma ladeira péssima pra chegar no hotel (mas ja colocar um piso para os carros terem aderência para subir) - Poderiam melhorar o acesso... iria valorizar muito a pousada e dar mais segurança a nos hospedes! Recomento o Hotel, mas saibam destas limitações e pontos fracos!

É muito difícil encontrar o hotel... os aplicativos mandam por um caminho bem difícil, que somente passa 4x4. Sabendo dessa dificuldade entendo que eles deveriam instruções para a chegada que não é difícil se alguém instruir corretamente. A estrutura é muito bonita, porém falta um cuidado. O café da manhã é excelente, porém somente se inicia as 8 da manhã.
