"Property was as describe, view was perfect, easy to find. Very clean AC wasn’t the best, however, we visited from the US so our AC is very cold. We never saw the owners, they left check-in instructions. They were semi- responsive già whatsapp. Bed is a very firm mattess. "

"Een goede en schone kamer in het centrum van La Spezia, op loopafstand van het station. De kamers liggen op de 3e verdieping en er is een heel klein liftje (2 personen of 1 persoon met bagage) waarvoor je eerst een trap op moet. Voor ons was dat geen probleem, maar ben je slechter ter been, dan is deze leuke locatie helaas niet geschikt. Er was geen ontbijt, maar wel een koelkastje en een heerlijke bakkerij aan de overkant. "The room was small but perfect for two adults! Seems to be family owned, and although there is no view of the ocean from the room/balcony there is only a small walk there. Really enjoyed our stay and the service was minimal but sufficient. Overall great!"
