"Amazing hotel. The views were incredible and a nice short walk into the town. The restaurant (The Frame) service was not great. The gentleman at the bar greeted us very poorly (when we asked how he was he straight up said bad and was clearly overwhelmed with the 12 people with tables. He could not make the right drinks and had to call in help. They tried to make up by offering small plates but still ended up charging full price for everything including the wrong drinks. I would stay here again...

"I loved this property, and the host Veronica was amazing. The suite is a special place to stay in a special place to be, and I feel very fortunate to have been able to enjoy it. The suite is clean, modern and comfortable. The hot tub was amazing and the location perfect. Thanks for a great stay!"

"This property was wonderful to stay at! I had the king suite and it was very large and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was a highlight and the terrace is beautiful to sit on. Would definitely recommend and stay again! "

"This is truly an amazing property in the mountains above Levanto. How amazing to be above where birds fly and just hear them sing along with church bells. What a fun way to access this property via a monorail. This is a beautifully renovated farm house from way back with a touch of modern features. The whole staff was truly wonderful. I would highly recommend a stay here. "

"I had an excellent experience with all the staff, checking in and out. I also left something very valuable behind and they went WAY out of their way to make sure I got it back. Their honesty and kindness is priceless! The location is great, just make sure you’re ready to trek up the steep hill with your luggage or pay for the luggage transport. The bed was pretty hard but that is typical in Europe/Italy. I would happily stay here again. "

"Super organisation. A savoir quen italie le checkin se fait en ligne, puis lon recoit les infos par mail pour les codes s'il n'y a pas de personnes sur place. J'avoue derouttant au debut car pas habituée. Mais tout ce passe tres bien et toujours correspondance par mail . Chambre spacieuse, propre. Top "

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu le droit à un excellent accueil, un bon café et de très bons conseils sur la ville et sur les visites à faire. Je remercie d'ailleurs Guillermo et Anna pour leur gentillesse et leurs conseils, sans eux notre séjour n'aurait pas été aussi agréable 😉. L'hôtel est quant à lui à taille humaine, en plein centre de la vieille ville, idéalement situé pour aller prendre un bateau, un train ou tout simplement pour...
