Amazing apartment

Unbelievably good location, amazingly spacious and well equipped apartment and run by Laia, whose instructions and communications were perfect. Would definitely recommend and would stay again, no question.

Perfect location!

The location was perfect! Check-in and check-out were smooth and the apartment was clean and comfy. The only drawback was how much noise you could hear from the street, we would've wished for a bit more soundproofing.

Ideal old town stay

A perfect place to explore Palma old town. The addition of 3 terraces to choose from with the penthouse apartment meant you could always find a spot outside, in shade or sun, ideal for breakfast or evening drinks. Excellent bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Maria was a great host, communication was prompt and helpful.

Lovely stay in the penthouse, great views and 3 different terraces to enjoy! Everything was well communicated and I would definitely stay here again. Only downfall was the stairs to the penthouse with the suitcase as they were steep but this didn’t affect the stay whatsoever

Fantastisk beliggenhed midt i Palma. God modtagelse af vært, og hjælp med aircondition. Mindre støj fra gaden end frygtet. Eneste minus, var den stejle trappe op til lejligheden. Kommer gerne tilbage en anden gang

Sehr klein. Keine richtige Tür zum Bad. Während unseres Aufenthaltes sind irgendwelche Personen ohne unser Wissen einfach unangekündigt in das Appartement gekommen, ohne das wir da waren. Geht gar nicht! Außerdem hatten wir am Abend einen Stromausfall, konnten bis mittags am nächsten Tag niemanden erreichen.

Velegnet til kærestepar ♥️

Det var en skøn lejlighed som er meget velegnet til parferie. Skønt at kunne gå ud ad døren og være i centrum af palma. Vi opdagede nye gader hver dag. Det barn også nemt at finde busser der førte os ud til de små fine byer i nærheden af palma. Toilettet var ikke optimalt, dels fordi det lå meget tæt på sengen i den lille et værelses kommer man tæt på hinanden 😉 og så var det svært at trække ordentlig ud. Vi savnede nogle bedre spisestole da de var lidt vaklende og havde dårlig rygstøtte. Men alt i alt ville vi leje lejligheden igen, det var en skøn oplevelse♥️

Mold in the shower and unsafe balcony out the living room. The balcony was fixed after reporting it but they never made an effort to clean the shower to get rid of the mold

Die Zentral gelegene Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und freundlich eingerichtet. Gleich in der nähe gab es die Markthalle und den Supermarkt und auch eine gute Parkmöglichkeit (wenn auch etwas teuer) für das Auto in 2 nahegelegenen Parkhäusern. Wir genossen das abendliche bunte Program in der Fußgängerzone und die Sonnenstrahlen die uns morgends weckten. Alles hat super gepaßt, wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Schönes Appartement im Herzen von Palma

Noemi, die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Appartement liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Einfach perfekt! Sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Für Leute die etwas Mühe mit Treppensteigen haben, ist es eher ungeeignet. Die Treppen sind sehr steil und hoch. Das Appartement ist im 3.Stock
