Great location & very helpful staff. Pool area could use some more sunbeds and the coffee machine in our room was broken. Other than that it was a great stay.

Perfect for our couples short stay. Beautiful property, lovely, tranquil rooms, nice breakfast (including the delicious Mallorcan speciality Ensamaidas de Crema). Staff v helpful about anything. Hired a car through them. Excellent dinner one evening (the hotel sells the olive oil and Fleur de sel de Olive which is amazing). Bus stop to Palma and the airport right outside running every 15 minutes. Lively Bonitos restaurant and cocktail bar only a 5 minute walk. Pool : towel laying not allowed before 10 which is nice. Rooftop bar and shallow paddling pool lovely for a chill pre-dinner cocktail. Highly recommend.

Everything was amazing! The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, too! Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely come back again and again. There is just one small thing I would like to mention for future guests visiting for the first time. Sometimes, staff would knock on the door to bring water or chocolate, and if we didn’t put the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside, they would knock three times and then open the door. Honestly, I found this a little unusual and uncomfortable. I understand they were simply trying to be helpful, and I truly appreciate the extra touches, like bringing water and chocolate to the room. However, I’m used to hotels in the United States and Mexico, where this isn’t something that typically happens every day. I’m sharing this only as a small suggestion for improvement, because everything else was truly wonderful. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special.

Fabulous location! Right on the beach and 15 minute drive to old town. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Lucia. She recommended nice places to visit on our day trip. They offer a nice breakfast, and restaurant has good food. Whole staff was great!

Absolutely love this place. The GM Pablo accommodated us our last night and could not have been nicer. Lucia at the front desk is a sweetheart boss lady. Kareem the young man that meets you when you first check in is ABSOLUTELY THE GUY that sets the tone. BEST EXPERIENCE. The restaurant guys, Antonio, Toni, Xios and my man Miguel are untouchable.

Amazing stay at Salt Garonda! Early check-in, spotless rooms cleaned twice daily, and super friendly staff throughout. The spa was lovely – special thanks to Paula and Irene who were fantastic. We were breakfast only, but after eating in Mikel & Pintxo we wished we’d gone half board – the food was excellent. Staff went above and beyond by linking our bookings and putting our rooms next to each other. Would highly recommend and would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 4 nights. The staff were briliant and the half board option is definitely worth it! The spa is lovely but you do have to book in advance. The hotel was lovely but the standard double rooms aren't that of a 5* hotel, they were very basic.
