Run down old hotel that needs major remodeling. Rooms are spacious, but old. Dirty carpet, bathroom needs major renovation (hot water runs from both faucets and there is no cold water). Water fountains around the property don't work, the restaurant was closed for some repairs. Too expensive for what ...

So so so noisy. Cannot adjust the AC. The bathrooms is dirty.

Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas
Wonderful family friendly property. Fun slides and lazy river. Easy drive from the airport and around town. Golf course looked gorgeous although we didn’t play.
