My stay was good but it looks like this place accepts pets and there two dogs that would not stop barking. Eventually about 2:00am they stopped, but I had to be up at 6:00am to hit the road, so I really didn’t have that great of rest. Now I know to look to see if hotels/motels accept pets, and probably steer clear from them.

The property needs a good cleaning and updating. Lights in the room did not work when I checked in and the beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom was not clean and the toilet would not flush well.

Charged me twice for the room, and I had to file a claim with my credit card. The beds are very uncomfortable. The bathroom was very dirty and the walls in the room were dirty.

This is a great location for spending time in Palm Springs. Close to everything. Cherie at check in was super helpful and nice. Could use update but very clean and good value.

The rooms were clean, and had the basics to get you through a stay. They were spacious for a group of 3./ The check in process was quick/ easy, was able to use the pool while we waited for our hotel. The pool had bugs and leaves in it, but there were no staff to skim it, The Jacuzzi was also dirty and not skimmed. The pool side bar was not open although we stayed on a friday night.

My experience here was completely terrible. I booked a premium room and when I walked in, it was a complete mess. Beds were not made dirty towels on the floor previous guests Property was found, and there was a fridge in the middle of my room. I checked in at 4:30 And check in at three. Had to wait an additional two hours until my room is ready. They did not clean the room. Well, there was trash found underneath both beds, and the hairdryer was a safety hazard, considering that the cord was exposed… They would not give me a refund luckily Expedia gave me a partial refund. But yeah, stay here was not pleasant. I had to downgrade my room and stay in your room. I didn’t even pay for..

This place is about as much of a dump as you can get. New management has cracks and dirt everywhere. Walls are paper thin and could hear my neighbors going at it. I ended up leaving and just swallowed my one night and drove back to LA because this place was that bad. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.

We enjoyed our stay at Infusion Beach Club! The pool and communal areas were very aesthetically pleasing! The room could use some work with brighter lighting and updating the bathroom. Staff was very helpful and super friendly! We are looking forward to our next stay!

Just needed a place for one night and it was clean, quiet, no odors of any kind in the room. Bed was not so comfortable for me cause I like a firm bed and need at least 3 pillows. But my 3 room mates slept great they said. When I checked in though, the lobby had a strong cigarette odor.

Property is in a good location, close to downtown, the casino, and the aerial tram. Lots of places to eat nearby. The pool area would’ve been more enjoyable if they had the outdoor bar area open. The rooms are simple, but are clean. Lots of staff available if you need anything. The beds can use some upgrading, not the most comfortable.

Nice hotel, clean and close to everything and reasonably priced for Palm Springs - The restaurant next door was really good too! A bit of room for improvement on the beds and the pillows - pillows were soft, but lumpy… otherwise, a pleasant stay!

Hotel charges premium rate for room with uncomfortable beds, paper thin walls, no one came and cleaned rooms between days or restocked towels soap etc. small things like bathroom door is best up needs paint door frame peeling and toilet seat only attached on one side. The beds were nice and clean but uncomfortable

Overall our stay was okay. We had an early check-in and the front desk staff was really accommodating. The facilities and rooms could use a deep clean. There is no safety latch on the room door. Our room door strike plate was holding on for dear life so we wedged a chair under the inner handle for extra safety. The walls and windows are poorly insulated and you can hear everything nearby. Ask for a corner room to minimize noise-bleed over. The AC/heat units work great.

Booked this last minute. Most hotels I usually stay at were booked. The hotel lobby was cute. Theres plenty of parking and the room has some cute artsy touches. Now the flip side is that the sink area/bathroom is pretty run down needs remodeling. The toilet seat was wobbling almost fell off the toilet. I found a critter on my bed. None of the items were plugged in: tv or ac and had a hard time plugging them in. There was also no phone to call reception from. No hair dryer.

Will never stay again there. Door didn’t close correctly, tv didn’t work. Bed was worse than sleeping on the ground. No hairdryer, no coffee maker. Just an all around bad stay. Only good was they had good water pressure for shower.
