Did appreciate the comp breakfasts. Helpfulness of Chadwich and Chad and the gals at the front desk.When two bugs were found in our bed, we were immediately given another room. We look forward to returning. Walt Wayne .

Room and breakfast ok. But there was just one coffee k-cup in the room the first night (although I had clearly indicated while booking that there would be 2 guests). Called reception and they brought a 2nd cup. Same again the following day, had to ask for second coffee k-cup and paper cup. Last but not least, the third day the room was not made. Clearly disappointing for a $299/$399 a night hotel.

The pool had a great wind wall around it. Excessive sounds came through the walls. The bathroom grout was dirty. The entry carpet had a loose thread.

Front desk personnel said she would call me when the room was ready. Several hours went by and she never called me. I ended up walking into the hotel and amazing they had a room available…. also, she never made iContact or smiled. It was like I was an alien from another planet.

Nice hotel overall, my biggest complaint is how heavy the room doors are, there’s so much push back that the doors end up slamming shut. For a small person like me, they felt borderline dangerously heavy.

It was right near the expressway and local shopping and right down the street from our destination. It was very nice and great breakfast, the staff were very helpful with anything asked of them. Would stay there again
