When we first got into the room it smelled like no one has opened the door for a year. We asked for sheets to be changed. It never happened. Other than housekeeping hotel was great. But we had to ask for towels every night toilet paper also. Never took trash we stayed for longer than a night and it was piled. The manager was amazing, and I'm sure would have fixed it but he was doing breakfast and cleaning himself down stairs. Pretty sad when I have to clean my own room at 10-11 pm after we are trying to have a vacation. And honestly we had a phone that belonged to them in our room probably the hair I found on the pillow was hers.

Think twice
we checked in and first thing we noticed was the floor by the air conditioner was soaking wet, the room had a musty smell. We were going to a concert, so had to leave and when we came back at 11pm the air wasnt working, told the desk and they had no where to move us. The next morning went to take a shower and there was a roach in the tub and mold on the edge of the tub. This is not what i expect from Best western plus....very disappointed. The manager did offer compensation, but doesnt take the place of the disappointment.

Initial check in was awful. should have been 3 and never was able to check in until 5:30 as employee at desk was extremely rude and nasty to myself and another customer. We were told she was fired the next morning, but who knows. TV didn't work, Tub didn't have a plug. Washer broken and overall cleanliness wasn't great. I will say the assistant manager did what she could.

The pictures online lead you to believe the beach was walking distance, not true. It is several miles away. The breakfast was very good. You had to hold the handle down for the toilet to work properly. The bed squeaky. No freezer in the fridge.

Room #321 has constant water leaking from the tub faucet, so much water that humidity level is so high in the actual room that we had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times. The humidity in the bathroom got so high that counters were wet and baseboard fell off the wall. The bathroom sink had little water pressure when fully on. In the room, all the outlets are so loose they are practically falling out of the wall. This room needs serious attention and shouldn’t be rented out again until these issues are fixed.

The bedsheets were not changed, and there was some poop on it. The shower had mold in it. The checking clerk blue air into the card holder so she could open it and put the room keys him. She kept calling me, honey and sweetie, which she should’ve address me as Mr.

Killed a cockroach on the bathroom counter. The bottom seal on the toilet is broken the toilet rocks back and forth and the bathroom smells. The main light in the bathroom was flickering and the second bulb had been removed. The bathroom sink had almost no water flow. Luckly the shower was fine. The luggage cart, one tire was flat. This is not a Best western plus this is a best Western - .also some one had spilled ice cubes in the elevator. I told the single person help about it and that the floor was wet and slippery an hour later when I went down nothing had been done yet. She appeared to be only one on duty and was over whelmed with calls. Poorly managed facility. Room 331 Oct. 21;2023

There were multiple issues. There was eaten chicken bones and dishes outside the door. There was a washcloth draped over shower. The bedspread was tossed all over.
