"They have happy hour . Tuesday is Taco Tuesday in the bar so qe got free dinner with our drinks. The staff was friendly and they had a nice breakfast buffet"

"They waited until we hauled our bags into the lobby to let us know that their boiler went out; they had no hot water and didn’t know if it would be fixed by the next morning. They could have been in touch about this. Someone in management decided it would be better to wait with the info, making it inconvenient to cancel. And having to, on the fly, decide if I could wait to take a shower. This not in the best interest of their customers and clearly designed to reduce the number of cancellations. They showed they don’t care."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful inn, and the setting alone makes it worth the visit. Nestled within a vineyard, the surroundings are simply breathtaking — the kind of view you don't get tired of. The complimentary wine reception was a lovely touch, made even better by Laura's warm and attentive service. Dinner at the Tapestry Lounge was a highlight as well — our server Juan was exceptional, going above and beyond to make the meal memorable. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. We left feeling genuinely refreshed. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing, wine-country getaway."

"If you're looking for a hotel that combines outdated rooms, incompetent staff, and absolutely zero regard for its guests, congratulations—you've found it. I stayed here for five days while working in Grand Junction, and I honestly can't think of a single thing I'd recommend about this place. The rooms were tired, worn out, and featured an air conditioner that looked like it survived the Nixon administration. Comfort was clearly not a priority. The staff somehow managed to be the worst part of the experience. Customer service appeared to be a completely foreign concept. Upon check-in, I specifically requested a late checkout and explained my work schedule. I was led to believe it would be accommodated. Apparently that conversation meant absolutely nothing. On checkout day, while I was at work, they forced my son out of the room and made him sit outside for nearly three hours until I could return. No concern, no flexibility, no effort to help—just "not our problem." Any hotel that thinks that's an acceptable way to treat guests shouldn't be in the hospitality business. I've stayed in roadside motels that offered better service, cleaner rooms, and more professionalism. The only thing this hotel consistently delivered was disappointment. Do yourself a favor: spend your money somewhere else. Literally anywhere else."
