"Nice place"

"Room was comfortable, spacious, clean, and very close to the train station. Ideal stopover for a beach day before heading to the airport. Thanks!"

"Stayed one night with a friend so didn’t get a chance to check out all of the amenities but the room was clean and super close to downtown and all of the bars and restaurants. Would stay here again!"

"The staff at check-in was very helpful even though he spoke no English we were able to communicate effectively and he helped us to figure out our parking spot in a private lot, which is definitely a challenge in Palermo! "This property is right in the center of the old city and the major attractions - -theater, cathedral, monastery, 4corners. The room was clean and cozy and had an espresso machine for use by guests. "What a beautiful place to stay. The rooms and the service were top notch. Carlotta was so very welcoming and helpful. The room is gorgeous with beautiful decor. The bed, pillows and sheets were 5 stars!!!! Amazing property."

"Great location, clean and good size rooms. . Walkable to dining, shopping. There is not 24 staff so be aware of that. Lots of stairs but there is a small elevator to take up luggage."

"Adequate for a short stay. There are two steep flights of stairs and no lift."

"Palazzo Pantaleo is a well kept bed and breakfast. Upon arrival we were greeted and welcomed by Giuseppe who was very nice and attentive to our needs while staying in Palermo. The room itself was clean, large, baby friendly (they gave us a crib), had lots of storage space and had all we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast included with our stay delicious and had good variety. Giuseppe and Dario were very helpful in arranging transportation for us to get to where we needed to go. All...
