"We are finishing a two week tour of Italy and Pienza was our favorite by far. Our stay here was incredible. The owners are very sweet and accommodating and there is no better view of Pienza than the rooftop terrace of this hotel which allows you to easily see the entire town. The reviews mentioning the parking, walk, and stairs are accurate. If you are disabled many accommodations in the heart of Pienza will be difficult due to traffic restrictions and the historic preservation of its buildings....

"Amazing personnel always taking great care of you, the place is 20 min. Drive from Montalcino, has well maintained pool, breakfast very good, laundry available and restaurant in site. Self-parking area. Great location if you want to disconnect and enjoy breathtaking views of the Tuscany area."

"The staff (Laura, Elena, Svetlana and Serena) were fantastic and extremely helpful. The breakfast was magnificent. The parking (down a ramp) was convenient but do not even try to drive into the town’s narrow and twisty streets. Hotel should warn drivers to arrive at the parking lot off the highway (give clear directions) and not enter town. There are 2 good restaurants within 5 and 10 minutes by car but ask the staff to help you make reservations. A wonderful experience. The only complaint was...

"Cet hôtel est magnifique, je l’avais pris un petit peu par hasard et c’est une excellente surprise. Les équipes sont très serviables et très sympathiques. Le jardin est très beau. L’hôtel aussi. Il est idéalement placé par rapport au village et tout ce qu’il y a à visiter dans le Val d’Orcia. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents. Bref tout mérite le détour."

"Holy cow the best stay I've ever experienced!!! We had a room right off the main lobby/breakfast area. It had a beautiful balcony that overlooked amazing hillsides surrounding Montepulciano. The staff were all so accommodating and sweet! Breakfast was delicious and fresh! The room was comfortable and super clean! We will definitely return here on our next visit!!! "
