"What a superb new hotel! VERY impressed. Myanmar is just starting to develop and many hotels simply don't cut it especially for what international tourists require. This is exceptionally well priced and you would pay a great deal more if closer to town for the same comfort. Unfortunately if you find the correct map it's located outside the main town and many locals don't know it. However in this case this is not a problem as everyone gets around on bicycles or e-bikes as Bagan historical...

"Saw Nyein San was the highlight of our entire trip to Myanmar. The amazing, friendly, generous staff run a very clean, comfortable guesthouse, and are very helpful with any travel needs. Our room was clean, insect-free, and had strong A/C - everything you'd want in a Burmese guesthouse. Also, the staff makes an incredible breakfast that we looked forward to each day in Bagan - definitely try their mohinga and Shan noodles! "We highly recommend this place for anyone. Situated just steps from the airport but very quiet and tranquil. Rooms are spacious, swimming pool is amazing. We enjoyed our dinners at the restaurant and drinks from the bar))"

"Expedia confirmed this reservation and immediately took my money. However, upon arriving at this hotel we were informed of several lies Expedia told us: 1) The hotel does not allow foreign guests 2) The hotel has not accepted third party reservations for over two years. All bookings are made directly to the hotel. 3) No one from Expedia or any other third party contacted them to confirm my reservation or resolve the problem I was dealt by expedia's lies. "
