"Totally false misleading room description - the basic "Double Room, Balcony, Sea View" option was described as "45 square meters" with "sea view" and "kitchenette". The green room (and all rooms on that side) is at most 20 square meters (no way it is 45 sqm). There is absolutely NO sea view as what you see is apartment complex and hills on opposite side. In fact, the sea is behind you so there is no way to see the sea from room balcony (physically impossible). And as for the rooms on the other...

"Lovely host, and the apartment was clean & reasonable size. Location is 8 mins from the ocean and lovely swimming, but older folk beware it’s a fairly steep hill! … shower recess aand bedroom are a bit squeezy and no beach towels provided. But yes, I’d stay there again"

"From the moment we arrived right through to departure, Maria was amazing! We were able to order breakfast that was brought to our unit every morning. We were able to have it on the balcony with a sea view. Absolutely spectacular! "

"We loved our stay at Hotel Podstine. The staff was lovely and the grounds were beautiful. A small boutique hotel with a cute pool and suntanning pad. Plenty of chairs and beanbags with entry into the beautiful Adriatic. We loved all the cozy niches to relax in and the cocktails were great! We travelled through Croatia and this hotel was one of the most charming. We hope to return one day. "
