His support, along with that of Mohsin during a memorable rooftop visit, really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. We would also like to recognise the wider team across the executive lounge, housekeeping, and front of house, all of whom contributed to a seamless and enjoyable experience. "Other than safety of the hotel and 5 restaurants to choose from, staff are really friendly and helpful. But above all, the thing I like the most is Mughal style interior design in hallway and public space in reception area and restaurant, which makes my trip to Lahore feel worthwhile. I have travelled almost 100 countries, this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed."
