We thoroughly enjoyed our short but beautiful stay at this great property. With superb views of the mighty Mekong and 2 decks to enjoy them from, we were reluctant to leave our room. Disappointingly, no refund.
We didn’t stay at this hotel due to unforeseen circumstances. Although Hotels.com tried to get a refund from the hotel, the hotel would not oblige. We are rearranging our trip to Laos next Spring. We will not be booking this hotel.
