"Nice amenities. Good sized pool and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Had a great little cafe/ coffee shop attached, and made great drinks there as well as good Thai food. "

"Really good, nice staff, good area, will be going again"

"Near new property, spotless condition, friendly staff and 50 mtrs from walking street and the river. Superb 😊"

"A compact but very comfortable hotel and room within 5 minute walk to the famous walking street. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating even with my poor Thai speaking skills. Hotel parking is right around the corner within 3 minute walk. Would stay here again."

"Great location "

"Great well situated guesthouse in a wonderful wooden house"

"This place was absolutely filthy disgusting blood stains on the sheets I have pictures of everything spiders and bugs everywhere there was a spider that was the biggest spider I’ve ever seen was on the wall when I came to go to bed at night the sheets smell like somebody else’s cologne and there is stains everywhere And spiderwebs all in the ceilings I got absolutely ripped off this room wasn’t worth $10 don’t go here "

"Good place to stay with friendly and helpful staff"

"เนื่องจากที่พักนี้เป็นที่พักสำรองทางเราได้ Upgrade โรงแรมในเครือที่ดีขึ้น"

"Nuthing like it showed in the picture and was very off putting to where i did not even stay"

"I very much enjoyed my stay. The property is lovely with gardens, flowers, trees, and several inviting outdoor common spaces. My room was comfortable and very clean. The owner is delightful. She shared Thai coffee and oolong tea with me in the morning helping to make my stay memorable. "

"It is not the same property as in the picture. We were stuck on the second floor which was very dissapointing. No king size bed as ordered. Neibors have many dogs barking all night and roosters crowing from 5 am."

"Great location on walking Street, tho no river view (properties on opposite side of road mostly have) but very convenient nonetheless. We stayed on the loft rooms on ground floor, quite small with a tiny bathroom and not very private but we were only on a 2 day stay and fairly busy so not a huge issue. Some bigger more private rooms upstairs but double the price. So overall, great location if you want to be right in the thick of it, but loft rooms quite small"
