nice view but not enough staff to provide good services. Called service to our room took more than 40 minutes. We decided to call BKK office that no one pick up a call on-site. It is not worth spending costly with such lowest services.

Sala Khaoyai is as beautiful if not more so then what it appears on IG photos.The architecture is very well designed and many of the views are well framed. The pool design is great and brought out the beauty of Khao Yai. The service was very good. During my stay, there were 2 flies in my room. The housekeeper, though sassy, managed to remove the flies without having to use bug spray. That's dedication. However, it is clear that if you are physically challenged, you might not be suitable for the cheaper suites, as you'll have to climb a flight of stair to get them. Also, you might have to tolerate a potential level of bugs in the room, after all, it is situated within the outdoors. I was horrified by some sort of brown spider moving around my room. But all in all, I had a great experience.

This resort is very far from pakchong district and a good place to hide away from city life. very quiet place. it has about 10 rooms. not much to do there other than just take it easy & relax - I think it's built for that. Breakfast ok no variety of food but I think because if its size.

Unique proposition hotel. Stunning view!
Unique hotel in the middle of nowhere. With a stunning view. This hilltop hotel has only seven room. It is about privacy, quietness and enjoyinfg the view. The restaurant could offer a bit more choice, but given the small number of room, it is understandable the the choice is limited. Be careful with the chili in the food. It can be overwhelming. There nothing else to do there! and this is what I love about this place : disconnect! A unique and unforgettable place. My second time there and still loving it!

I had Fish with spicy lemon juice sauce, which was so good. from my room, when you wake up in the morning I can see sun rise from the big glass window. Also from the lobby you can see both sun rise and sunset. Very nice and quiet. Love it !!!

Noisy staff
Good: The room was spacious and very nice. Bad: The property is small with nothing but a pool and restaurant bar and massage area. It is intended to be a peaceful retreat but fails miserably. The staff outnumber the guests and are very noisy. Starting at 6 am the staff arrives and begin loud conversations on this small property. Tried to relax on my balcony I paid extra for, but constant staff traffic walks by. Not at all private! Not worth the high price!

Best views
We stayed here for 3 nights in one of the three hotel style rooms. The resort has 4 stand alone villas as well. The room was huge and comfortable, very beautifully decorated. Whoever designed this resort should be congratulated. The resort is pricy, but the studio rooms are more affordable. If you can't stay here you can still visit for food or drinks. Try to be there for sunset. The resort is very isolated, so a car is essential. Worth the cost and the drive.

Romantic and Perfect Retreat
I LOVE Sala Khaoyai. Everything is perfect in my opinion. The staff is courteous, patient and very attentive. Good variety at breakfast and you gotta try the BBQ experience! Was fun and memorable. This resort is slightly away from the main tourist stretch, and that's what I love about it. Awesome as a retreat.

Absolutely perfect!
Breath taking views from my Sala Pool Suite, and my daughter in law's Deluxe Balcony Suite. Excellent food at the restaurant. We did the private roof top BBQ and it was incredible - EXCELLENT service, unbeatable views of Khao Yai valley. Will stay again for sure, and I absolutely recommend it to any type of traveler - and even the wifi was super quick. Special thanks to Khun Sa and all of her staff - they made it wonderful! It's only 45 minutes drive to Khao Yai National Park, and less than that to the Palio Italian Village where you can buy all sorts of great stuff!

Top design und Erholung pur
+ Es war einfach traumhaft im Sala Khaoyai. Die Zimmer übertrufen unsere Erwartungen. Alles ist sehr hochwertig aufgezogen und dies spiegelt sich von A bis Z wieder. Auch die Massage und das Essen war ausgezeichnet. - Das Hotel ist sehr ab vom Schuss. Das ist im Punkto Erholung sicherlich ein Vorteil, schränkt aber die Bewegung sehr ein. Leider werden keine Fahrräder oder ähnliches angeboten sondern ein Taxifahrer muss jedes Mal von der nächstgelegenen Stadt (30/45 Minuten) kommen. Natürlich zahlt man dies mit. Das nächste mal würden wir überlegen mit einem Leihwagen herzukommen. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Hier und da scheitert man dann aber doch am basic englisch. Over all waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

ครอบครัวเราจองห้องพักราคาแพงสุด ได้น้ำเปล่ามา 4 ขวดฟรีเมื่อขอเพิ่มพนักงานบอกจะเก็บเงิน ต่างจากรีสอรต์อย่าง Mutti Maya ที่ให้โดยไม่มีปัญหา สบู่แชมพูหมด ต้องเดินออกไปขอเพราะโทรไปขอก็ไม่มีใครเอามาให้ สภาพห้องดูโทรมกว่าในรูปมาก ฝานั่งรองของโถส้วมก็หลุด ชัักโครกก็มีปัญหาน้ำรั่ว แจ้งไปก็ไม่มีใครมาทำอะไร การบริการโดยรวมดีแต่มารยาทพนักงานผู้ชายคนหนึ่งต้องปรับปรุง ถามหากระดาษเช็ดปากบนโต๊ะ พนักงานหยิบมาให้แล้วบอกว่าที่ line ของ buffet ก็มีให้หยิบ มารยาทพื้นฐานการจัดโต๊ะ คือ อุปกรณ์ต้องครบรวมถึงผ้าเช็ดปากหรือกระดาษ แขกไม่ควรต้องถามหา และเมื่อถามหาก็นำมาให้ ไม่ต้องอธิบายแก้ตัวอะไรให้ยืดยาวเพราะจะน่ารำคาญมากกว่าน่าเห็นใจ เหมือนซ้อสมะเขือเทศ แขกเทไม่ออก ก็ไม่ต้องมายืนสอนว่าให้เอียงขวด 45 องศา ถ้าคุณเทมันออกมาได้ก็เทใส่ถ้วยมาก็จบ แขกก็ซาบซึ้งแล้ว จะเป็นโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาวไดุ้จริงๆ แค่สถานที่ไม่พอ บุคคลากรต้องมีความสามารถด้วย รู้สึกผิดหวัง คราวหน้าคงไปพักที่อื่นที่เคยพักดีกว่า
