To be honest, the best thing at this resort is probably the hotel staff. The general condition of the hotel/resort is very poor, very run down. Rust is present everywhere. Abundant falling leaves on the property grounds. Tiles in and around the pools are peeling off. These indicate lack of proper care and maintenance. The room is very basic (we stayed in a studio and two suites). One room had leaking toilet. Room safe didn’t work. Moldy spots in bathroom. Toilet seats were not very stable. Flimsy shampoo shelf in the shower area. The ceiling light were flickering. TV in the bedroom had very bad signals and didn’t work. We had to call for room cleanup several times despite leaving the request for clean up at the front door for the entire day at least for two of the three days we stayed. At any rate, these is subpar and disappointing. The waterpark nearby is also deserted. Mold in the pool and etc. Not recommended.

The room itself is beautiful, clean and has plenty of space. The view is spectacular on the 6th floor. However, the property is rather old and needs maintenance in many area, including some amenities in room such as shower.

The Mountain View room was stunning. Waking up to the sunrise and listening to all the birds. However, the elevator is out dated and we had problems with our room door during our stay.

Good place for relaxing, good services and near by Khao Yai national park and restaurants. However, breakfast is quite bad because there is too little choice and the taste is not that good

The room is spacious and well organized space,but This hotel has lots of dust. I got the room with the bathtub that is quite dirty and the smell of bath towel is not good. All employees are very nice and helpful also, the parking is convenient to go to the room.

Good resort
Place is quite nice, good for couple or family. The resort seems new and overall ground is clear. The room is super spacious with mini kitchen area, not for cooking though just a sink. The bed is nice and comfy, but I wish the blanket is warmer. Bathroom is great, my only complain is the hot water is not hot enough or strong enough, this applies the same for the bathtub on the balcony. There is a big tub, but the water takes very long to fill it and it's not hot enough thus making it just like warm water. The view is nice and it's quiet though you can hear screaming from the nearby park so maybe ask for view opposite of the park and higher floor. I've booked a king bed but received a twin which is not a big issue as I was traveling solo. Food at Breakfast is just so so, not much taste and more like very mediocre hotel restaurant. Overall would recommend.

Lovely hotel, but problem with low water pressure
Great check in experience, good staff, nice area and beautiful rooms. But the water pressure in my room was weak and barely had any hot water. The tub on the balcony was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel but we could only fill it up with cold water at night and therefore it could not be used. If I knew this I wouldn't even pay half of what I did. Other than that it's a really nice hotel in a very quiet area. If they just had a better plummer this hotel would be one of the best imho.

Great location. I booked the family suite and it was fab for my family of 2 adults and 2 kids (10 and 14). The service is impeccable except that they are not very conversant in English. Breakfast was alright... kinda of expected more as Thailand always serve great food. 😄

Great getaway from city
Room is spacious, surprise that it has a small kitchenette area. Love the quiet and surrounded with greenery. Breakfast spread is reasonably good for small scale hotel like this, they have both Western and local simple spread.

Room size is quite large and the inside of the room is clean. The hotel service is very nice. They provided us the surprised anniversary cake as it's our wedding anniversary on that day. There is the water park and many restaurants nearby. However, the bathtub at the balcony is quite dirty and full of dust. They need to clean the bathtub before sending the room to the new customers. Also, the shower head of the bathtub at the balcony cannot be used as it's clogged or maybe the water pressure is very low. Btw, the overall is pleasant stay.

They need to do something about the pigeons......for a high rated resort hotel i saw pigeon droppings eveywhere and a dead pigeon in the glass elevato shaft . Buffet was just ok for a 4 star hotel.

We stayed at family suite and was disappointed. The room was kinda old and there is NOTHING WORTHY of the price we paid. Breakfast was SO SO SAD, very LIMITED choice of food, nothing looks fresh, poor quality sausage, and NO BACON. We asked for at least boiled eggs,and it took them almost half an hour just to provide us with almost-raw eggs. With this price, should'nt the service be more professional? The best thing about the hotel was its quality toiletries - nice local brand, but i wish i did not book this hotel just to get 'at least happy' for the soap selection and get disappointed with everything. When we checked in there was some welcome fruits, as we came in as 2 family we asked if we could have more oranges, and the answer was NO. No additional knife, no additional fruit to shared among 2 families were allowed here. We said sarcastically if we need to split 1 orange into 5 pieces, and the lady answered 'yes'. WOW. The next day we asked if we could have some bananas for the welcome fruit since we stay there for 2 hotels, of course the answer is NO. One fruit plate is per check-in only, very strictly. We paid for 2 full nights and all we wanted was a bit of service, since we got a toddler travelling with us and she needs to snack on some fresh fruit. We had to go through such a long fight for a piece of fruit for our baby niece...and they call themselves a 5 star hotel. This is a '5-star-wanna-be' hotel, the service was NOT IMPRESSIVE at all.

Comfortable and great for family getaways
It’s a newer establishment and had a contemporary design. We stayed in the pool villa which had space for each of our family to do their own stuff from swimming, relaxing on the roof terrace and the jacuzzi to reading or watching TV.

Nice hotel with spacious room and bathroom. 1st impression was 5 star until we tried to connect the wifi and used the shower, it dropped to 3 star only. The wifi connection was super weak. The beautiful bathroom is only nice for the eyes. The huge bathtub cannot be used due to extremely weak water pressure. Even the water from the shower head was very weak and cold. The hair dryer is not strong enough to dry my long hair. Breakfast was average. Bed was comfortable though. Hope they can improve their facilities.

The hotel is OK but its stuff are falling apart. From the floor tiles to underwater lightings in the swimming pool, things are falling apart while still looking nice from the outside. The biggest issue is room cleanliness. We had a large group which stayed and occupied around 10 rooms for 3 nights. For 2 days straight, we didn't have any housekeeping that came to clean the room and we had to ask for them. The service quality and good staff attitudes did make things better but cleanliness is fairly basic and we would expect more considering that this isn't exactly a cheap hotel.

Room was great. Clean and nice, with large balcony and large bathtub outside. The Mountain view was amazing. Good breakfast with Western and Thai food. Only negative was the low water pressure in the shower. Good locarton, get a the market and supermarket, if you don't mind to hear the loud music during the evening. Overalk, we were all very happy with our stay.

We had made reservation for a room to accommodate 3 adults several months ago and had requested a king size bed and a single bed for the 3rd persons. To get this request completed hotel staff took a long time including providing amenities etc for the 3rd adult such as slippers, towels , drinking water etc

Overall a good stay
Decent size room for our family and overall quite clean and a pleasant stay. Water pressure in shower was erratic and water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. Buffet breakfast spread was exactly the same for the 4 days we ate there and the staff were abit overwhelmed with the breakfast crowd but they tried their best.

Nice place but...
Nice ambience. Good service. Very popular hotel. But, could look into the following for improvement: 1) rooms need better maintenance - the shower floods, the water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold. the aircon is either too cold or too hot - the aircon thermostat doesn’t work very well. We had to keep it at 22 degrees for a comfortable sleep, all wrapped up in the comforter. 2) we stayed 3 nights, breakfast was the same Everyday. 3) wifi signal was bad at our corner 2-bedroom suite. But hotel was prompt to place a router to improve the signal. 4) Swimming pool needs maintenance. We picked up a loose moisaic from the edge. Could have been dangerous, specially for the children. 4) free mini bar was awesome! 5) free buggy rides was a plus! But the wait could be long 6) probably due to location, there are lots of mosquitoes within the resort.. 7) there was a small night market at scenical world when we visited.
