"The family brought swimming gear down in the hopes of giving their son some distractions. The pool was closed. I didn’t see any mention of that on the website. Also, I noticed the door to the room didn’t seem very secure. I’m not sure how everything else was. A little overpriced for those reasons."

"THIS IS THE WORST PROPERTY DO NOT STAY HERE! The property is under construction. When we arrived, there was no running water and they didn't know when it would be turned on. Our room was dirty with construction dust. There were only sheets on the bed - no comforter or blankets and they were just poorly made up. The pillows were small and lumpy and the pillowcases were discolored. The air conditioner cover was laying on the floor. Outside our door in the hallway there was a used dental floss pick laying on the floor. We asked for a new room but it was just as bad. Overall the property was not clean and amenities were poor quality. We ended up checking out - how can you have people staying in a hotel that has no running water? We filed a complaint with Orbitz and asked for a refund but they were unresponsive. I wish I had taken more photos but only took a couple in my shock and haste to exit the property. We thought it would be an acceptable property because of the Wyndham name but it was horrible."
