"Good"

"Beautiful Views from the second floor. We stayed at the hotel on 3-1-2026, the weather was beautiful but one pool was closed for the season and the other pool was closed for maintenance, we were looking forward to an afternoon of relaxation around the pool after hiking. The hallway on the second floor in building eight smelled moldy and damp. The room was clean and the balcony was very nice. Sheets were very rough but the mattress was comfortable. We had to pay an entrance fee to the Natioanl Park to get to the hotel and an additional resort fee on top of our Hotel.com room rate. Not worth the cost. "

"We had 4 guests in the room. Not enough towels or wash clothes. Towels were in poor shape. Room not very clean."

"When I searched on Expedia for a hotel with a pool this hotel came up so we purchased. Got there and it was closed for season. So we said that was a priority for us so we found another hotel with a pool and tried to get refunded by la Quinta and they wouldn’t. Horrible customer service!!! Very gross bathrooms! Hair on floor! Gross! "
