Easy accessible location. Friendly staff with excellent services. However lobby floor lacks places for discussion when you have guests coming over.

The staff is very helpful even in the wee hour of the morning when the whole city is barely awake!

I have been travelling to Colombo pretty often over the years and by far, this hotel is the most convenient when it comes to moving around especially if you're on a business trip. Rooms are comfortable , very nice roof top restaurant and bar .. breakfast spread is decent. Recommended for business travellers, definitely.

Amazingly decorated place - love it all. Huge home that has been converted to a small hotel. In a very quiet area. Great recommendations for food places - thanks. Staff are very relaxed and quite chilled. Room was adequate - comfy bed . Far too hot with mossie net lowered - even with fan and aircon on the room is quite warm making for restless sleep. Also organised a tour of the city for us.

Room is quite spacious and value for money but not much other facilities.This hotel is a bit out of the way,it only has one restaurant where you eat breakfast as well.The waiter is a little too eager to clean up the plates as he took away my food and coffee even though i was not finished !! The breakfast spread is ok.If you want to eat out,there is a local place,once you leave the hotel turn left towards the beach and on reaching the main road turn right and it is just another block down,it is...

Location was great. Hotel was clean and comfortable and had a very nice Sky bar.
