great stay!

Customer service was excellent. Restaurant attached to the hotel was great, we ate there several times. The breakfast that came with our stay was also excellent, lots of selections. Our day trip train tickets were cancelled due to a strike and the desk clerk was able to provide us information about how to reschedule. He was also very helpful in scheduling airport shuttle when it was time for us to leave. This is a small hotel but very friendly and helpful, would stay here again. Great location very walkable to shopping and venues and locatedated close to tram and bus lines.

Al Santo hotell

Vi hadde et hyggelig opphold på dette koselige hotellet som er sentralt plassert i Padova med gangavstand til alt. Rommet var enkelt og renholdet bra. Frokosten var enkel og god. Servicen på hotellet var helt topp. Takk for oss.

Es un hotel de 3 estrellas, que por su personal, limpieza, y restaurante, merece 4, esta en una ubicación excelente sobre la calle mas emblemática de Padua, a unos precios exeletes, es para viajeros no tanto para turistas.

Very good

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, close to the cathedral. There is a tram stop near by, otherwise about 30-40 min walking from the train station. The receptionists we very kind and friendly. The room is rather modest but offers a bottle of good wine for the guests. When I put my glass of wine to the bedside table I noticed some dust. I had to clean all bedside table, the phone on it and the base of the lamp and overall I collected a good amount of dust. I'm so sorry to write this but in fact it happened. Once it comes to the attention to the management, it can be easy fixed.

Hôtel très bien situé à Padoue, où beaucoup d'hôtels sont en périphérie. Nous avions une chambre sur rue et à côté de l'escalier au premier étage, avec un calme "relatif". Petit déjeuner moyen. Personnel sympathique, aimable et serviable!

Buono, ma non ritornerei.

Camera non accessibile direttamente in quanto erano presenti dei gradini, per cui con barriere architettoniche. Il bagno è datato, e andrebbe rivisto. Personale gentile. Ristorante in loco apprezzabile. Servizio di parcheggio a pagamento presso garage esterno.

Great place, great location, great food.

We were really surprised to find such a good hotel with a great restaurant included. Normally we would not think of a hotel restaurant, but we ate their the first night for convenience, and then made a point of eating there the next. Not flash, just good. We will definitely try to book here again.
