"Staff was nice but not many of them. Hotel was worn down, not maintained. Aircon didn’t work well. Nothing in the room. Overpriced for what you get. I won’t go again. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom- I realize this can’t be totally controlled but with everything else it didn’t help. Food was ok from kitchen. Overall disappointed for the price I paid. Rooftop pool was nice. But no service there- no towels…etc. kind of abandoned. Worth about 60-70/night "

"I stayed for only a night, from 2-3 February 2015, and got Room 428. This room have window which face the wall of another building, so nothing to see from the window. The room was ok overall. "No nearby restaurant, just dine in at the hotel's restaurant During check in, the staff urge me to upgrade the room, of course more expensive than what i've paid during online booking. After check in, i asked for extra towels, the staff said they will give only 1 towel. I said "I paid for 4-guest room, so how come we can only have 3 towels?" and finally, they gave us 2 extra towels. lol"

"Had issues with my credit card payment at the front desk reception. Apparently they only allow pin transaction credit card, no signature transaction. Fortunately, I had a local there to help me to pay first. Many mini cockroaches found in the room toilet and areas beside the bed, despite after changing my room once. Overall the hotel is very run down and had a bad odor especially from the smoking rooms level. Avoid the smoking rooms. Staff and service are quite prompt to requests and maintenance. Expectation from breakfast is okay, but the coffee is really bad with alot of coffee residues. Will not visit again. "
