"I really appreciate the staff who supported me after checking out my hotel early then missing my flight to Australia. I came back to the hotel after missing my flight and feeling so stressed out. They immediately got me back into my room and helped me to extend the room for an additional day. I was so relieved!"

"The staff was really nice. The room was spotless. I saw a cafe, a lounge, and an exercise room on the way in. The bathroom had an actual tub, which is a big plus in my book. The toilet was one of these power-flush deals. Maybe it's a guy thing, but when that thing flushed.. it's like it's banishing your excretions to the darkest circles of hell, never to be seen again. My only complaint is the $100 fee for losing the key card. Not cool man. Still, it's a pretty nice place, overall."
