"Don’t read in to the negativity! It’s a picturesque location, with nice comfortable rooms and great aircon! The staff are lovely, the cocktails are good and the food offering is great (for Samoa). To save you the search, this hotel is no longer the Sheraton Samoa Beach resort. It changed hands in Dec 2025. But don’t let that deter you. We stayed at 3 separate hotels between the two main islands (including the actual Sheraton) and this was easily our favourite. The only thing I will say is it...

"Our trip to the Cordis Auckland was pretty good, we stayed 9days in total in a Executive club room. The room was good, large enough, but if we returned we would like a bigger room, for comfort. I had tried to get an upgrade prior to our arrival, which was given then taken away, we also approached the FOH to get a cost to upgrade when the hotel after the 2nd June was very very quiet, but they didnt seem too interested in making our stay better, of corse they were for nearly double the the amount...

First ever time staying here and we received lovely service, staff that was very cooperative with changes, the food was amazing and to top it off we got to enjoy drinks at their breathtaking roof top bar. He helped us with transportation, tours and even made sure we were able to get breakfast in before an early tour. The hotel was gorgeous too but the staff made it even more special. Highly recommend."
