You have a motel business even if your guest arrived in the wee hour there’s should always be an available staff to check in unless it was clearly stated in the reservation that there is a time limit for when to check...

"Easy access to the Riverwalk. I would call my room adequate for me. If you’re wanting a room to chill and unwind and feel cozy, that’s not going to happen. A dog barking a couple rooms away annoyed me for hours. Only two pillows and they were less than adequate. Not a lot of room to move around. No small table. Lighting fair. No issues with the tv. There is WiFi, but I didn’t use it. Bathroom shower area adequate. Probably not for the female travelers. I would definitely think twice before...

"The bedding had holes and ink stains, one bed smelled like pee, the wifi was non-existent. We couldn’t get the tv to work, called down and the guy came up played with the remote mumbled something and left, leaving our door wide open. He did not fix the tv or come back!"

"This is a great little motel! It looks really quaint from the outside, and the cabins were very modern and clean inside. Ours was a little too small for the two of us, but it was efficient and well equipped. The staff at check-in was friendly and helpful, and they even caught us on the way out and returned a phone charger we left in the room. "Was far nicer than expected considering the price. The young lady at the front desk was exceptional. Also I happened to notice a young man cleaning a room and was actually wiping down the desk chair and moving the desk to vacuum. We’ve stayed in some 20 places this 5 week trip and I only wish we could have found more like this one."

"This looms lime a really cute place on line, but dont expect much. The bright paint doesn't really cover the need for updates. There were no blankets on the bed or available in the room. The bath was really small and VERY outdated and all the towels in our room had stains on them. The free breakfast isnt available until 8:00. Convenient for them, but not if you need to hit the road early. I would not stay here again."

"Our family stayed here on a trip to Long Beach. Previously we had stayed at VRBOs, campsites, and other hotels in the area, as the Fireside Inn was not built when we last visited. We weren’t sure what to expect, but we were very pleased with the accommodations. It was clean, comfortable and Roger, the owner, was great! The staff were friendly and attentive.
