"We booked this room for the location not the amenities but we were still pretty grossed out by the first room they gave us, it had to be the worst room in the whole place, it felt like we were in another country, everything was crooked or falling off the wall, there is only 2 outlets in the whole room and not even one in the bathroom, we couldn't open the windows because of how dirty and dusty the window sills were. On day 2 our key stopped working, it wouldn't even work for the staff so they gave us another room, it was slightly better, more of what I expected from this place, it took hours from our trip waiting to get our stuff out of the other room, which we ended up going through the window to get in, we finally got our stuff, the room smelled really bad of insecticide, even when trying to sleep the smell was very strong, for that alone, I wouldn't stay here again. The next day the key stopped working again and we had to the office to get it reprogrammed. They did not offer us any compensation or discount, on the last day we even asked can you at least waive the parking fees and no they still charged us. I hate leaving bad reviews but overall not a good experience."
