"The staff was really nice. I needed more towels and they didn't have any towels left to give me. So I went to the dollar store to buy my own towels. It was after hours but I thought they wash and dry towels at some point. But I guess not. My room AC had mildew across the entire unit. They opted to clean it. I was fine with that for my stay. I did additional cleaning to the room. I was only given one room of toilet paper. That was a bummer. Because the towel situation i didn't even ask for more. I just used my own. I didn't have any of the breakfast so i can't speak on that part. The outside lawn was terrible. The grass wasnt cut and it just really needed outside lawn maintenance. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience. I don't know if I'll book again."

"This was our first time staying at Westgate. Check-in was quick, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. We were only there for 2 nights, so we didn’t get to explore much, but we enjoyed what we got to see. We hope to get to go back for a longer stay sometime soon!"

"The bed was super comfortable. My room was wonderful. The sheets were super soft. It was very quiet. The pool was amazing. I definitely look forward to staying here again."

"Stayed here last week and our 1 bedroom 1 bath condo was very clean. Had a murphy bed for our teen daughter. Nice view of the lake and marina. Pools were really crowded as to be expected in 90-100 degree weather. The indoor water park is much needed. So many other things to do tho. Would definitely stay here again!"
