"The hotel is extremely outdated. Toilet paper holder was rusty, so it is obvious regular updates have not been a priority. The staff was great - the breakfast was decent and the nighttime bar was decent as well. The location is fantastic so they just need to update everything which will improve the cleanliness as well."

"I really enjoyed the 10 PM to 12 for adult time at the pool and hot tub. It was great to get to meet and have conversations with other adults there at the hotel. Everything was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The workers at the front desk went above and beyond."

"We always enjoy our time in Branson, and this is our favorite place to stay. As long as they don’t have a bunch of noisy people there, it’s very relaxing and quiet. We love having a full kitchen, laundry in room and the screened in porch is great for morning coffee, or evening card playing! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful, but professional and efficient. Stay here, it’s a great place and close to all the fun stuff in Branson!!"

"We've come to Branson quite often, but this was our first time staying at Lodge of the Ozarks. We won't stay anywhere else now! The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The pool was great for kids and the breakfast was amazing!!"

"The breakfast was wonderful. There was a good variety of fresh hot food. When booking the room, I was asked if I needed any special accommodations and I marked yes. We were out on the lower level but our room wasn’t handicap accessible. This made bathing very difficult for my mother. They did bring her a shower chair but the side of the tub was tall and she could barely get into the tub and there were no handrails inside the tub. There wasn’t a place to be more specific about what accommodations were needed when I booked the room."
