"Lovely hotel overall with comfortable beds and spacious rooms and lovely staff. A shout out to Ethan whom was so polite and kind! Breakfast was okay however I have had better. Expensive for what it was. Overall nice stay and will be back again."

The Met Hotel Leeds - Newly Refurbished

"Nice hotel, newly refurbished and attractive breakfast and bar area, For some reason our deluxe double bedroom was an accessibility room which is spacious but when tall makes it awkward with so many things at a low level. Also room was at the back which made it noisy from the rear Alley which was full of drinkers at the West Riding pub behind. Also beer kegs were being moved early morning. Breakfast was good although the sausages were barely luke warm. Complimentary crisps, water and nuts in the room a nice touch particularly as crisps cost £2.50 in the bar. Overall a comfortable stay in nicely fitted out hotel."

"We stayed in one of the basic room with a queen double and single bed. The room is very spaceous, clean. The shower room is also spaceus. We loved oyr room. The only miss was one set of towels but all is great. The staff at reception is very helpful and even delivered the toothpaste to our room, this little thing made us feel warm (previously stayed in RB hotel, they made you go downstairs to collect it yourself). Really compliment the service we received. Another pluses for us is the car park availability and the ev charging. Took stress off us during our stay. Fantastic. All in all, we definitely go back there again, great location, good value, great service."

"Love this hotel! This is the second time we’ve stayed and both casino the staff were attentive to our needs and extremely kind and considerate. The rooms are clean and have good amenities, espeically love that you can cast your device to the tv. There’s also restruant and bar which is nice however not tried to food. Would 100% stay again or another hotel in the chain!"

"I visit the queen's most years when I attend the Leeds carnival. They never let me down, wether it's been 1 year or 3 they welcome me back like an old friend. The staff are amazing, so patient and happy to help. Extra kudos this year as the remodeling is incredible. Really updated the look whilst keeping the history. Nice addition with the hotel card via app although I'm old school so I still need a physical room key. Breakfast was outstanding although the bacon wasn't great. But the choice was great, and nothing was too much trouble. This was my partner's fire time and even he was impressed. Thanks for having me, I can't wait to come back!"
