The place was dirty when i arrived. There was still trash in the garage. When we took a bath, there were floating particles from the jet tub. The place is just super worn and needed a remodel decades ago. The bedding is old and uncomfortable, slept poorly x 2 nights. Wifi didnt work at first, took a couple of hours to get fixed. The outdoor patio was not enclosed, it was in the middle of construction.

It was lovely. It’s an older property so there are maintenance opportunities, but it was way more homey than a hotel. It as clean and the beds weee nice.

All the Beach you would ever want.
This is a charming get a way where you can own the beach a half a block away. The place is beat from the ocean. Kitchen and baths are way late on remodel. These older time shares all look the same but it is comfortable and the plumbing works. The beach is uniquely empty and huge.

Kinda disappointed as the write up about cleanliness stated that there is a seal at the door to show that the place was cleaned & disinfected. There was no seal. I called the office to express my concerns & they acted right away and wanted to see the issues we had in the place. Biggest problem was the stained mattress my daughter & I had to sleep on. I was not informed where the extra sheets were so I just had to be resourceful. I had bites on my legs the next morning. The bathrooms were well decorated but could not comouflage the unclean bathroom. A place could be old but if cleaned properly, it is acceptable. The shower door edging had molds in it. The trimmings of the door was gold which made the molds more obvious. At the corner you could see accumulated dirt or mold. The grouts on the tiles could use mega bleach to get the mold out and disinfect. Good thing I had some disinfecting wipes which came very handy. In the second floors bathroom, the handles on the tub had no molds at the edges of the handles but when you sit on the toilet, it is something you cannot miss. The screen door needs mega replacement & if you go out in the patio, make sure you leave a crack because it will surely pose a big problem to open it from the outside. The box fan in the loft surely needs mega cleaning or maybe replace it as it is not expensive. Especially with Covid still here, I was expecting a cleaner place. Superficial cleaning done between guests. Decor will not cover filth.
Spraying bleach could surely clean the black edges of the trim. This is a bathroom, if not cleaned right, of course mold will accumulate.

Everything was good the only thing is that I was only there for one day with my family for my 32th birthday and after we did all the things we wanted to we wanted to relax and watch some show or movies a little family time but at that day unfortunately the internet was down for the whole night and I even went as far as renting some red box DVDs and the DVD player wasn't working and it wasn't ejecting the DVD. I had called the emergency line and left a message and no one got back to me. The only thing i got was when I was returning the key she told me that spectrum was working on the internet that day. A call back would of been nice especially they didn't even acknowledge the fact that the DVD player wasn't working.Over all the place was great next to the beach was amazing as well cleanliness was amazing. I would go back just that they need some sort of communication especially when it is suppose to be the after hours line.

Nice, safe, quiet location. Ocean view, just steps to the beach. For this price point, don't expect the latest and greatest decorations and newest property. It's solidly 1990 vintage. But almost everything is clean, comfortable, in working condition. The one thing that has to go is the bathtub. Originally a whirlpool bathtub, the jets have been decommissioned and patched up in a gross and tacky way. It's also very difficult to even get into the bathtub due to the configuration of the tub and the bathroom. I would not hesitate to call it dangerous, especially for someone of a certain age. Use the shower downstairs instead.

Terrible communication - left multiple voicemails in advance of trip without a call back. They never answered the phone. They provide 1 hour check-in window. No earlier than 4pm for check-in, but the office closes at 5pm. The property is outdated and in disrepair. Sliding doors all jammed, shower knobs not functioning properly, window blinds totally broken, etc.

We are really very sorry that you were disappointed. We were also very concerned with the management company that has been running our resort, and as of November 1, 2022 we have replaced them. We have new front desk reception, new housekeeping, and all new plush towels, pillows etc. We would love to see you back.

Hi Stacy,I am sorry that you found the end of summer a bit too warm for you. Steps from the beach, with cool ocean breezes, our resort is usually perfect. We would love to have you back. Try June when the mornings are cool and the sun comes out at noon, and you can sit on the beach until sundown at 8PM.

This was a one bedroom and a loft not a two bedroom like I booked! Needs updating badly No amenities Poor customer service Why are check ins getting later and later! Check in should be earlier. Other than that the location is great

Hi Jason, thank you for staying with us. We are sorry that your did not find everything exactly as you expected. We have a mix of two bedrooms and one bedroom units with a loft. All of our town homes comfortable sleep 4, 6 with the sofa bed. We were very disappointed that our management company was not completing room cleanings and setting up for checkins on time. We have replaced them with a new management company and should have easier checkins, with cleaner rooms, now towels and pillows etc. We hope that you will come again.

The condo we stayed in was very close to the beach. There are maybe two other properties you pass by on the way to the beach. Just beware of the tar. Thankfully the property has a tar removal spray that makes getting the nasty stuff off very easy. The beach here was practically deserted compared to Carpinteria which is about 10-15 minute drive away. The laundry machine came in very handy during our stay. The kitchen is stocked with adequate gadgets, utensils and plates. I shared the sofa bed…not the most comfy but I didn’t hear complaints from anyone else in our family about the beds. Overall, we had a nice restful time.

This property was probably one of the greatest I’ve been to by far. The beach access was amazing. Parking was not confusing and is accessible. Beds were comfy however are on the soft side. Pillows are fluffy and soft too, so nice. Alexa in the office was so great with communication and getting back on time. I’m not one to call and talk in person and this property has a texting system which I find so convenient. However, the home was clean when we got in but not as clean as I’d like, there was a sock left from the past visitor in the main bedroom. Also floor board in main bedroom was extremely squeaky. Overall our stay was great and we would for sure visit this site again, and recommend it.

we did not get what we saw in the picture and website. the room was not close to the pool, it was across the street. I could not let my kid walk to the pool by himself. the room was super old and disgusting. there was nobody and hand soap ( there was a soap dispenser which was empty) no shampoo, no sponge for dish....they did not provide enough towels, we had to wash and dry what we had again and again. the front office was always closed, no one was available. when we arrived the room was not ready we had to wait. there was no disability, handicap service in the room and pool...
