The ladies at the front desk when we checked in were truly welcoming! They introduced themselves, explained the amenities available and offered us a beverage. They were sincerely nice. It was a” chick-fil-a elevation of staff-guest interaction, and it really made me want to show down, step out of my space and reciprocate their kindness. A+

I would say that it is swiffer clean. Corners could use attention. They didn’t have a working body wash pump so I had to use shampoo. I let them know but it wasn’t useful for me. Breakfast was good. Better than most hotels.

The staff was very helpful, the room was spacious, beds were very comfortable and low enough for handicap accessible needs. Shower had handles everywhere, very safe. Would highly recommend!

Dana (female front desk staff) was very helpful and kind. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I’d invest in a couple of smaller containers to put syrup in for breakfast!

Pulling up I was astonished, in my headlights at the trash dumpster area the Wooden fence broken and trash scattered. That was my first impression. I was quickly given a room and upon reaching my floor it reeked of marijuana. I mentioned this to the desk clerk and she stated, “yeah, I was just up there”. No I’ll check it out or I am working on it. The room was actually very clean and comfortable. The hallway carpet appears very dated and dirty. Breakfast was the expected kind for Hampton Inn. Overall I was not impressed and certainly disappointed at what I had previously thought of Hampton Inn.

The room had mold on the walls. The toilet was falling off the wall. The paint in the bathroom was peeling in the shower. There was mold on the tub. The room smelled musty. The staff was super nice and the breakfast was decent.
