"My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Groton Inn. After an unfortunate experience at another hotel nearby, the Groton Inn truly saved the day, and I’m so glad we found it. "It was terrible, got there gave the wrong room then switched. Got to the room and there was garbage from previous guest and bed looked like it was just folded over Sheets weren’t tucked in. Went to front desk and only had one room available left which is full bed and not a queen I paid for. Got to room, there’s toilet paper stuck against the sink corner, it was dusty and disgusting. Staff said they would compensate me but lied and ignored and never responded as per Expedia. It was terrible...

"Ryan and Sarah were so nice! They made our one night stay feel like we stayed at a friend's home. Their Bed and Breakfast was so quaint and charming. Our room was very comfortable with the jacuzzi bath. The breakfast was delicious. You get to choose what you prefer either an omelette, pancakes, waffles, or any egg style. It was so nice to wake up to a great breakfast. My wife and I were so impressed with everything they did, we highly recommend staying here if you are in the area of...

"Hotel was clean and AC worked great! Felt safe. No microwave or safe in the room. Bar was missing their bartender so types of drinks were limited to what the fill in could provide(beer, wine, & minimal mixed drinks). I was looking forward to a drink on their menu. Back patio with fire pit was nice except the strong trash bin odor. They should really move the trash bin because we had to get up and leave. It stunk that bad!"

"Our stay was wonderful. My husband is wheelchair bound and requires assistance. The help that I received from the staff was amazing! They couldn’t do enough to make things very pleasant for both of us. The gentleman that was hosting the breakfast went above and beyond our expectations. Every single staff member was polite, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this Hilton Garden Hotel."
