I stayed here for 9 days and unfortunately this was my worst experience to date. Not once during my stay was my room cleaned. The room was left with an almost empty roll of toilet paper upon arrival, and when I requested more, it never came—I ended up having to go out and buy my own. I also ran out of towels during my stay, requested replacements, and again, nothing was ever delivered. I’ve stayed here multiple times before and have always had a good experience, which made this stay especially disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service moving forward.
