Had to move rooms as my room was being fumigated. Was informed day I had to move and was not able to move my own clothes and luggage. Was not able to make it back to hotel but they still went ahead and moved me. They did give me a bigger room but it was only last night.

Dette hotel er nyt og tingene er i orden. God service, god mad, bedste morgennad vi har fået i Chile inkl. Frisk brød. Godt udganspunkt for at se området. Valle del Encanto er et must-see. Vi var ikke i casinoet, som ligger sammen med hotellet.

Me gusto todo el hotel mucha comodidad y silencio pero lo que no me parece es q en el precio de la habitación no incluyan agua q es basico y te la cobren de 1500 a 2000 pesos y demas artículos con sobreprecio por encima del 100% de ganancias

Buena experiencia, lugar muy agradable, cómodo, limpio. Excelente desayuno. Faltaría mejorar la iluminación en el escritorio, ya que en caso de trabajar ahí la luz es muy tenue.

Horrible estadía.

Mala experiencia desde la llegada. No tenían ingresada la reserva de mis 4 habitaciones. Menos mal que habían disponibles. No había ducha de agua caliente (salía agua tibia a helada). Tv no funcionaba bien. Para terminar el día, había karaoke en el Casino, ruido infernal hasta las 2:30am.

Excelente desde la llegada, la atención muy buena, pedimos cambio de habitación para mayor comodidad y muy buena voluntad para realizar sin problemas el cambio. Las habitaciones son grandes y lindas el hotel precioso, y tiene mucha oferta de restaurantes para comer (bar, restaurante, cafetería)

Pésimo, el recepcionista nos dio una habitación al lado de la discoteca. Éramos un adulto y un niño. Todo x hacer frente a el la reserva x web que era más económica. He cenado en el Restoran x $40 mil; pedí desayuno a la habitación. Y tenia pensado extender mi estadía.

Puntos importantes por mejorar Keo Hotel +++

Falta información de parte de los recepcionistas, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes que no deberían ocurrir No manejaban horarios claros de acceso piscina Clave de internet que nos dieron fue erronea Recepcionistas deben ser mas cordiales, les falta ese toque de simpatia. Deberian evitar el buffet sobre todo en esta fecha con los altos niveles de contagio, no habia alcohol para limpiarse las manos sobre todo donde todos los huespedes que desayunaban tocabas y manipulaban las mismas pinzas 30 personas para uso de la piscina es un alto riesgo de contagio, y en recepcion no manejaban horarios de apertura y cierre Los primeros recepcionistas me dijeron que la piscina abria de 7am a 21pm Y cuando reserve el horario de 8 am a 9am el recepcionista me dijo que la piscina abría de 10 am a 17hrs El primer dia que llegue la piscina cerro 16:45 hrs la razon no la supo explicar el recepcionista La clave que nos dieron del wi fi no era y al final nos conectamos a una señal sin clave Y lo ultimo es que llene la encuesta de satisfacción de keo hotel en la web y no la pude enviar por que el botón de enviar no funcionaba.

Muy feliz por el bello descubrimiento

Feliz! Me encanto todo! Es un hotel Petfriendly. Fui con mi pareja y mi mascota (perro 15 kilos, tamaño simil cocker) y todo fue perfecto inclusive con el trato de mi mascota. Todo muy respetuoso. Mi estadía fue de viernes a domingo y la limpieza fue excelente, las instalaciones muy cómodas, la habitación muy amplia. Un baño muy limpio y amplio. El desayuno muy bueno y completo, en especial la paila de huevo y el queso de cabra. Sin dudas, está al nivel de los hoteles internacionales de 4 estrellas! Solo lamento, que por la pandemia estuviese cerrada la piscina, pero se entiende. Si hubiese podido utilizar la pisicina, la estadía hubiese sido espectacular!
