"I do not recommend for anyone with kids. The hotel does not have air conditioning, impossible to open windows as it’s right above the road and the dumpster of the restaurant not to mention a lot of flies and bees came into the room. We also didn’t find it safe opening the window with a 7 year old in the room."

"The hotel location was great and our room had a good view of the castle. We stayed for 5 nights. The biggest surprise was when we walked into the room. The room had a bad smell, like sewage/ bathroom smell as we walked in. Once the air conditioning starts going and air starts circulating, smell goes away. "We stayed at Chateau Urspelt because we were there for F1 racing in Spa. This property is beautiful. I loved opening the windows and letting the cool breeze in at night. The view was so peaceful. My husband and I used the pool and we were the only ones. We paid the extra fee for the wellness center and I LOVED that.
