"Everything was fantastic except the computer kiosk they use to check in very time consuming and just awful way to great your guests upon check in Also the fees and taxes are astronomical and are not clearly stated it’s an additional 40% added on and is not clearly stated when you book Staff is amazing"

"Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel is definitely in need of some updating. However, the rooms were clean and the balconies were great. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Great location to walk to the restaurants and shops. If you like Thai food, definitely check out that restaurant (only one in town)."

"It was a beautiful place! Loved our location. Close to the hot springs pools and right on the river. We could see and hear it from our rooms balcony. Slept with the window open and listened to it all night and it was awesome. There was also a trail loop that ran along the river that you could just hop on and enjoy. We walked it with our 6 year old and had a young buck come right in front of us to cross to the river for a drink. Our son was floored about it. The room was comfortable and welcoming. Two king sized beds and they were super comfy. Loved the ambiance of the electric fireplace that you could turn on without heating the place up. There weren't any apps on the tv for like Netflix or anything but just regular cable and we actually really appreciated this. Once our son knew it wasn't an option he just accepted it and was more ready to go do stuff with us. Everyone that worked there that we came across were very nice and helpful. Cheerful! Great stay! Would def. Recommend and stay there again."

"A big surprise. We were hoping for a simple clean room for the night and was greeted with a SPACIOUS room with firm bed, clean everything, nice bath and wonderful Spa (which we didn’t have time to use), pool and bar restaurant. A nice treat. Only (minor) tick down was either poorly maintained or in-process renovation of outdoor walkways and pool shade trees (recently sawed down). We would stay again."
