"This was a HORRIBLE experience. No room heating at all despite the snow outside. For hot water; you have to inform by 2-hours prior to your need to have a shower, otherwise it is with freezing water. Getting out of the hotel; your feet stick deep down in the snow with no snow removal facilities. ..."

"The hotel has one of the most beautiful views on the mountain. Yet, the staff, facilities, and comfort are not that great. It was a bit far from everything, the restaurant was closed, so we had to drive for food. Heating was not working, so we almost froze up there. It's more like of a get-away ..."
